Junior Leadership Award

You are the future committee members, team coaches, team managers, captains, umpires and officials.

This programme asks you to take part in various leadership skills and activities throughout the season ahead.  This is an award that can be put towards your achievement folders at school and recognise your leadership abilities for future ventures.

It is presented at the Titans Annual Awards party to all our junior members who have successfully completed the Junior Leadership Award Programme during the season.
